Today we’re clearing up everything you’ve heard about FAM that isn’t actually accurate!!
Because a lot of what makes fertility awareness feel confusing or risky isn’t the method itself.
It’s the mix of:
- apps
- algorithms
- rhythm method thinking
- and the NFP/Catholic undertones people mostly associate FAM with!
But what FAM isn't?? Prediction, guessing or ONLY for Catholics.
It’s identifying your fertile window using real biological markers. Which is a verrry different thing.
